Vivian Byeon

Vivian Byeon is interested in conducting implementation research to improve the adoption and sustainment of evidence-based practices (EBPs) in community mental health settings. She is specifically interested in examining organizational and system-level factors that support the mental health workforce and impact EBP implementation. She received her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Spanish at UCLA in 2014. She then worked as a research coordinator for Dr. Michelle Craske at the UCLA Anxiety and Depression Research Center and then for Dr. Rinad Beidas at the Penn Center for Mental Health.
