Ashley Harris is a PhD student in Clinical Psychology at UCLA working with Dr. Anna Lau. Ashley is passionate about reducing mental health disparities affecting marginalized youth and promoting access to, and efficacy of, evidence-based interventions for marginalized youth. Ashley is particularly interested in interventions to be delivered in school and community settings and by paraprofessionals. Ashley is also interested in the influence of school, cultural, and familial factors on positive youth development and resiliency after trauma. Ashley graduated with her BA from James Madison University in 2021 and earned her MS in Research Psychology from DePaul University in 2023, working with Dr. Antonio Polo.
