Tae Hwan Son received his B.A. in Psychology from New York University. Tae is currently a research coordinator for projects STRIVE and SAFETY-A under the supervision of Dr. Anna Lau. He has previously worked in the CARE in Youth Mental Health Lab as well as Teaching, Learning, and Communications Lab, and Izquerido Lab as a research assistant. Tae also has experience working as a crisis counselor for 988 Lifeline, Teenline, 911 Diversion Line, and Disaster Distress Helpline at Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services. Tae inspires to pursue a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology to investigate evidence-based treatments and assessments for marginalized, racial/ethnic minority adolescents and young adults.
